In doing so, it helps us enable a healthier future.We have a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Supply Chain within our Frozen Division working at our site in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.The role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months to provide maternity cover.Must Have Food Manufacturing Experience.Hours are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 (flexibility required to suit business needs)Home working is possible for up to two days per week once training has been completed. Flexibility is required to suit business requirements.Salary is £55,000 - £65,000 dependant upon expereince.Overall Purpose:-To ensure that forecasted needs of the business are effectively covered by processing and purchase whilst minimising surpluses. To provide support and cover to the Supply Chain Director as required.Foster a strong food safety culture by consistently following best practices, identifying and reporting potential risks, and encouraging open communication to support continuous improvement in food safety performance.Key responsibilities:-Collection of Data from various sourcesProduction of S & OP presentation packPresent analysis during S & OP meetingsParticipate in weekly meetings with inter-company colleagues to discuss stock availabilityManage inter-company flowsCommunicate risks to raw material availability to the commercial and technical teamsHighlight requirements for raw material derogations per customer specificationProduce reports on problem stocksAnalyse and understand all data collatedProvide master data maintenanceInvolvement in annual budget processDevelopment of databases/systemsShow present and future stocks to make improvementsAny other ad hoc duties as requiredPerson Specification:-Excellent IT Skills particularly ExcelProven accurate Data Entry SkillsAbility to read, understand and analyse and report dataA self starter with the ability to priortise own workload and meed the daily demands of the role, either working independently or as part of a teamHighly organised and able to work to tight schedules and deadlinesExcellent spoken and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAble to build and maintain strong working relationships - both internally and externallyAdaptable to business changeStrong presentation skillsLogical thinkerAnalyticalExpererience of a similar role within a manufactoring environmentPrevious experience of supply chain/prcurement terminology and systemsSAP and IBP Supply Demand experience an advantageKnowledge of agricultural cyclesMUST BE WILLING TO UNDERTAKE OCCASIONAL TRAVEL WITHIN THE UK AND INTERNATIONAL.Benefits:-4% Company Pension Contribution20 days holiday in first year increasing to 26 after one year anniversary (excluding bank holidays)Salary Sacrifice Car SchemeHealthcare Cashback SchemeCycle to Work SchemeFree on site Parking
