Supply Chain Manager - MRO OperationsThe business is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee the supply chain operations of its Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) shop in Miami.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled supply chain professional to make a meaningful impact by improving processes, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control, along with a practical approach to increasing efficiency and controlling costs.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementManage stock levels to meet operational requirements while minimizing excess inventory.Implement effective inventory-tracking systems and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.Supplier ManagementIdentify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve cost-effective procurement.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support timely delivery and consistent product quality.Logistics CoordinationCoordinate the movement of materials and products between suppliers, the MRO shop, and customers.Develop and implement logistics strategies that optimize transportation and delivery processes.ProcurementAnalyze and forecast demand to guide procurement strategies and purchasing decisions.Ensure compliance with the business's procurement policies and procedures.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall supply chain performance.Reporting and AnalysisPrepare regular reports covering inventory levels, supplier performance, and key supply chain metrics.Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably within an MRO shop or repair station.Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.Proficiency with supply chain software and tools, including ERP systems.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.๐Ÿ“ฉ Apply directly or get in touch for a confidential conversation.Due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
