Our focus is on intensive care medicine, anaesthesiology and infectious diseases.To strengthen our growing team in Aachen, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d).Your Role:In this position, you will ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations and act as a key interface between suppliers, contract manufacturers, customers, logistics service providers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to customer satisfaction, process optimisation and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with relevant GxP and GDP requirements.Your Responsibilities:Prepare quotations and monitor purchase and sales ordersCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including GDP documentationWork closely with contract manufacturers, B2B customers and logistics service providersMonitor inventory and support supply chain planning activitiesReview invoices and ensure accurate ERP postingsAnalyse supply chain, shipping and delivery data to identify optimisation opportunitiesPrepare supply chain performance reportsEnsure accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with GxP guidelinesSupport day-to-day supply chain operations and related activitiesYour Profile:Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, or equivalent professional training with extensive relevant experienceAt least 5 years of professional experience in customer service, procurement and/or logistics within a relevant industryProven experience with ERP systemsIdeally, you also bring: experience in managing and collaboratioing with contract manufacturers and external logistics providers, and experince in project managementYour Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and GermanStrong service orientation and customer focusHigh level of reliability, resilience and attention to detailStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a teamWhy us?30 days vacation (full time) and additional benefitsShort communication channels, open doors and helpful, committed colleaguesFlexible working hours with partial home office (max. 2 days/week)Modern office building with underground parking spaces in a location close to the A44 motorwayIf you are a motivated supply chain professional looking for a dynamic and quality-driven environment, we look forward to hearing from you.PAION contact details:We look forward to receiving your application preferably by email, at recruiting@paion.com.
