Supply Chain Officer

Supply Chain Officer | UAE-based, covering Saudi ArabiaA growing F&B operator with operations across the GCC is hiring a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for its Saudi Arabia market, based out of the UAE head office with regular travel.Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement, logistics and distribution across food and non-food categories
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations and customs clearance
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards for management reviewWhat we're looking for:
• 2-3 years of supply chain coordination experience, ideally in QSR, restaurant or FMCG
• Hands-on experience with imports, inventory management and demand forecasting
• Experience coordinating with warehouse operations and third-party vendors
• Bachelor's degree; supply chain or logistics certification a plus
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with Saudi import regulations (SFDA, SABER) is an advantage
