Supply Chain Officer

In Out Contracts LLC is looking for a Supply Chain Officer to support our procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring materials and resources are managed efficiently throughout the supply chain.The role involves working closely with suppliers, warehouse, production, procurement, logistics, and project teams to support timely purchasing, accurate inventory management, and efficient delivery of materials.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supplier Management

• Manage purchase requests, supplier quotations, Purchase Orders, LPOs, and GRNs
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability, and project requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on purchase orders and supplier commitmentsInventory & Warehouse Management
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile system stock with physical stock
• Track material availability, storage, and slow-moving or excess materials
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement, warehouse, production, and project teamsLogistics & Delivery
• Manage local and international shipments, deliveries, and transportation requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of materials
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs, and shipment documentation
• Review and maintain shipping documents, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and SASO certificates, where applicableCandidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in construction, contracting, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement and delivery requirements simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
