Supply Chain officer - Hiring UAE National

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate purchase orders, suppliers and material deliveries.Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams.Maintain accurate records of POs, inventory, shipments and deliveries.Follow up with vendors regarding order status, lead times and documentation.Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.Coordinate import/export and shipping documentation where applicable.Identify delays, shortages or supply issues and escalate accordingly.Assist in supplier performance monitoring and cost optimization.Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.Ensure compliance with company procurement and supply chain procedures.
