You will help monitor product flows, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, maintain accurate operational data, and support continuous improvements across the supply chain.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international supply chains, procurement operations, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, shipments, deliveries, and supply chain milestones.Maintain accurate supply chain records, product information, supplier data, inventory trackers, and operational documentation.Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock transfers, replenishment activities, and supply availability monitoring.Track inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate updates with relevant logistics partners.Monitor supply chain delays, shortages, discrepancies, and operational exceptions and support timely resolution.Prepare supply chain reports, operational dashboards, inventory summaries, and performance updates.Support communication between procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and fulfillment teams.Identify opportunities to improve supply chain visibility, inventory accuracy, process efficiency, delivery performance, and operational reliability.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and supply chain reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.Good understanding of purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, shipment tracking, replenishment, and supplier coordination.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional coordination abilities.Ability to analyze operational data and identify supply chain issues or improvement opportunities.Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and supply chain operations responsibilities.Exposure to international procurement, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain networks.Opportunities to strengthen supply chain coordination, operational planning, inventory management, and logistics skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in supply chain optimization and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on operational efficiency, supply continuity, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
