We design, source, decorate, and ship apparel and accessories. In 2026, Jack & Sage acquired YRI, a premium custom golf belt brand serving country clubs and resorts nationwide. YRI belts are made to order with custom designs, often a few dozen at a time for a single club, which makes for a high-mix, fast-moving supply chain. We're building the operating backbone to support that growth. This is a build role for someone who wants real ownership and a broad mandate, not a seat in a big machine. The RoleWe're hiring YRI's first Supply Chain & Operations Manager: one person who owns everything outside the four walls. You will decide which orders get made where, manage our vendors and contract manufacturers, plan and buy raw materials, and make sure every order ships accurately and on time.Production happens either on the Jack & Sage floor in Denver or at one of our contract manufacturers. The day-to-day execution is real: a lot of POs, a lot of vendors, a lot of details, and you will own it. But the reason this role exists is problem solving. When something breaks, you figure out why and fix it for good. When a vendor isn't working, you go find a better one. When a process doesn't exist, you design it.If you're a sharp problem solver with great attention to detail who wants to lead the operations of a growing company, this is that role. What You'll Own – SUPPLY CHAINOrder routing & execution
- Decide where each order gets made, Jack & Sage's Denver floor or a contract manufacturer, based on capacity, cost, and ship date
- Own the order-to-ship flow: POs, production schedules, vendor follow-up, and on-time delivery
- Serve as the single operations point of contact for the YRI sales team on ship dates, capacity, and order status
- Catch problems before they reach the customer, and fix the root cause, not just the orderVendors & contract manufacturers
- Manage YRI's vendor base: leather components, buckles, webbing, custom ribbon, embroidery, and contract manufacturing partners
- Hold vendors accountable on quality, cost, and lead time; build scorecards where none exist
- Negotiate pricing and termsRaw materials & inventory
- Plan and buy raw materials so production never waits on a component
- Own inventory accuracy for YRI materials, including stock held at contract manufacturers
- Set reorder points, buy quantities, and lead-time buffersCost engineering & sourcing projects
- Build the cost of every belt from the ground up (materials, labor, freight) and find ways to take cost out
- Run sourcing projects end to end: find, qualify, sample, and onboard new vendors (for example, a new buckle supplier)
- Build the business case and bring clear recommendations to leadershipIntegration & workflow design
- Design new workflows as YRI integrates with Jack & Sage, from order handoffs to systems and reporting
- Build SOPs and standard work where none exist today
- Define and track supply chain KPIs: on-time delivery, lead time, cost per unit, and stockoutsTeam leadership
- Lead and develop one direct report who owns day-to-day order execution
- Be the person the team brings problems to, and the person who solves themWhat We're Looking ForWe care more about problem-solving horsepower, attention to detail, and the ability to execute than about a specific resume. We'll teach you apparel, belts, and our vendors. You bring the ability to figure things out.Engineers and analysts — you've solved hard problems with data and logic, and you want to own an operation instead of advising on one.Supply chain, purchasing, and operations professionals — you've managed vendors, POs, or inventory, and you want a broader mandate at a company where your work is visible every day.Required
