Supply Chain Operations Specialist – Logistics & DeliveryLocation: Dubai, UAEWork Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remoteEmployment Type: Regular / PermanentWe are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end delivery execution, working closely with plants, warehouses, internal teams and third-party logistics partners to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end order and delivery process, from order processing through delivery, proof of delivery (POD) and order closure.Process customer orders and update delivery activities in SAP S/4HANA and relevant systems.Coordinate with plants and warehouses to confirm stock availability, product readiness and movements.Coordinate and monitor third-party logistics/delivery partners to ensure timely and successful deliveries.Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Plant and Warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.Monitor delivery status, follow up on delays and support OTIF/service performance.Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions throughout the delivery cycle.Support inventory/warehouse activities and identify opportunities to improve logistics and delivery processes.RequirementsMandatory: Experience in logistics and warehouse operations.Proven experience managing or coordinating end-to-end delivery operations.Experience working with third-party logistics providers, transporters or delivery partners.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or strong SAP experience in logistics/supply chain operations.Good understanding of inventory, warehouse operations and product movements.Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder communication skills.Marine operations experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Experience in lubricants, oil & gas, chemicals, or other relevant product environments is an advantage.Procurement-focused backgrounds are not the target for this role.Location Requirement: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE. This role is intended for candidates who are already residing in the UAE and does not provide relocation support.
