Creating Purchase Requisition on ERP Checking and follow up all raw materials / packaging materials need for BMR/BPR. Adding/Updating Item codes "Bulk, Finished Goods and Packaging Materials" and packaging Formulas on ERP System. Preparing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) / Batch Packaging Record( BPR) using ERP System Oracle. To ensure that Conditional Approval is provided in any changes in BMR/BPR.Allocating Bulk, MMI, ARMI, APMI. Creating batch number on the Log Book & entering on ERP. Coordinating the development of the shipping plans in collaboration with the concerned functions. Report directly to Department Manager and Asst. manager Any other activities assigned by Department manager and Asst. Manager QualificationsCandidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to improve supply chain processes, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present planning recommendations clearly.Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing supply chains is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering.Proficiency with ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced Excel or similar analytical software is an advantage.Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
