Supply Chain Planning Manager

Mane is a fast growing haircare brand sold at Sephora US and Canada, Kohl's, Amazon and DTC. This role owns the monthly planning cycle end to end and is the day to day link between Mane, its contract manufacturers and its 3PL. You'll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with Sales, Digital, Finance and Product Development.What you'll ownDemand and supply planningRun the monthly planning cycle: consolidate the Sephora, DTC, Amazon and Kohl's forecasts, build the supply plan with safety stock by SKU, and issue the open to buy for approvalAnalyze sales history, trends and promotional plans with Sales and Digital to improve forecast accuracyMaintain the buy plan, open order report and inventory snapshot as one set of numbers on one cost basisMonitor inventory across channels and flag stockout and excess risk by SKU ahead of the PO windowPlan launches, transitions and discontinuations, including old to new code changesVendor and supplier coordinationPlace and track POs with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers; maintain lead times, MOQs and price tiers in master dataManage reorder production schedules, track vendor performance and flag delays or quality issues earlyCustomer order managementTrack customer orders across wholesale for accuracy and on time deliveryManage retail POs through EDI, routing guides and TMS windows; request extensions before they lapseResolve order discrepancies and keep internal teams and retail partners updated on status3PL and fulfillmentDaily partner to the 3PL: PO entry and closeout, receiving, inventory discrepancies, cycle counts, RTVs and damages, kitting and reservesMonitor fulfillment against SLAs and surface bottlenecks and fixesFreight and logisticsBook and manage inbound freight from contract manufacturers and overseas suppliers with the freight forwarder; track shipments to deliveryCoordinate outbound retail shipments, ASNs and carrier appointments with the 3PLManage customs documentation and brokers for imports and Canada exports, including overlabel runs and customs declarationsTrack freight and duty cost against plan and flag variances to FinanceData and reportingOwn the item master and the open order report as the sources of truth for reportingBuild and maintain reporting on fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory health and supply chain KPIs in Excel and BI toolsS&OP preparation and analysis for planning reviewsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field5 to 7 years in supply or demand planning, logistics or operations, in beauty, CPG or e commerceHas run a planning cycle and placed POs, not just supported oneAdvanced Excel; experience with a WMS or ERP and EDI; BI tools a plusPrestige retail compliance, Amazon operations or DTC logistics experience strongly preferredHighly organized, detail oriented, comfortable in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and cross functional collaborationBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From HomeFree Food & SnacksWellness Resources
