We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager - Site Lead (Supply Chain) to lead end-to-end execution of supply chain programs, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities at the site level. The role will serve as the central coordination point across procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse, engineering, finance, legal, quality, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong ownership mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive complex programs from planning through execution.Experience : 8 to 10 Years of relevant experienceLocation : Assam, JagiroadKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & GovernanceLead day-to-day execution of supply chain programs and strategic initiatives across the site.Drive program governance, action tracking, milestone management, and executive reporting.Establish structured reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely closure of action items.Ensure alignment between site priorities and broader organizational objectives.Strategic InitiativesLead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and digital transformation.Translate leadership objectives into executable workstreams with clear ownership and timelines.Support implementation of new supply chain processes, systems, and policies.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of coordination across internal functions and external partners.Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making to remove execution bottlenecks.Prepare leadership updates, program dashboards, and executive-level presentations.Risk & Issue ManagementProactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks impacting program delivery.Develop mitigation plans and drive rapid resolution through structured problem solving.Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions and impact assessments.Performance Tracking & ReportingDevelop and maintain program trackers, KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.Monitor schedule adherence, deliverables, and overall program health.Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time.Operational SupportSupport procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, supplier management, and related supply chain operations as required.Drive execution discipline and continuous improvement across supply chain functions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline.8-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, ProcurementExperience managing large cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operational execution.Key CompetenciesExceptional ownership and "Get Things Done" attitude.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with minimal supervision.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong program planning, tracking, and project management capabilities.Executive communication and presentation skills.High attention to detail with strong follow-through.Data-driven decision-making mindset.Success in this RoleConsistently delivers critical supply chain programs on time.Anticipates and resolves issues before they become escalations.Builds strong stakeholder trust and alignment.Creates execution rigor through governance, tracking, and accountability.Drives measurable improvements in operational and program performance.Ideal profile: A highly resourceful executor who can independently identify gaps, solve problems, influence stakeholders, and drive complex supply chain initiatives to successful closure with minimal supervision.
