Supply Chain Specialist - Arabic Speaking

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, accurate demand planning, and cost-effective logistics. The role also oversees procurement, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations. Location: Dubai, UAE (JAFZA) Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary: AED 13,000 - 15,000Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient product flow, high service levels, and optimal product availability. Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans using sales data and market trends to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory. Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and international logistics (air, sea & land) while ensuring timely deliveries and cost optimization. Monitor key KPIs including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, freight costs, and supplier performance, providing data-driven insights to management. Drive S&OP, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring the Supply Chain team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering. Minimum 4 years' experience in Supply Chain Management. Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and global logistics. Experience managing high-volume inventory and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluent (Mandatory) in English and Arabic
