About the RoleSinan Advanced Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, inventory planning, logistics and supplier coordination.The successful candidate will help ensure that materials are available when required, purchase orders and shipments are properly tracked, and supply chain issues are resolved before they affect production. This role requires close coordination with suppliers and internal departments, including Procurement, Production, Finance and Sales.This position is suitable for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with up to three years of relevant experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory planning, logistics and supplier follow-up.Monitor inventory levels and support the maintenance of sufficient stock while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.Track purchase orders, supplier confirmations, shipments and delivery schedules.Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time.Identify delayed or at-risk deliveries and escalate issues before they affect production.Coordinate with logistics providers regarding transportation, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.Review production requirements and demand forecasts to support material planning.Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and delivery records in SAP or other company systems.Work with Procurement, Production, Finance and Sales to resolve supply chain issues and improve operational efficiency.Support supplier evaluation, sourcing activities and cost-reduction initiatives.Assist with the preparation of supply chain reports, inventory analysis and performance indicators.Ensure activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.Zero to three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management or a related function.Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects or practical experience are encouraged to apply.Required SkillsUnderstanding of procurement, inventory control, logistics and demand-planning processes.Experience using SAP or another ERP system is preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, PivotTables and lookup functions.Ability to track multiple purchase orders, deliveries and priorities accurately.Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred QualificationsInternship or work experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics or procurement.Knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance or international shipping.Professional certification or ongoing study toward CIPS, APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP.
