SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST📍 Dubai, UAE🕰️ Full-Time | Permanent🇦🇪 Must be already based in the UAEAbout Bella Coffee We distribute some of the most exciting FMCG brands in the world — matcha from PerfectTed, Oatly, Rude Health and many more — across the UAE's best cafés, hotels, restaurants, retailers, and wellness destinations.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to own our import/export operations end to end — from coordinating with international suppliers and shipping partners to managing customs clearance and ensuring our warehouses are always stocked with what our clients need. You'll also own demand forecasting across our portfolio, making sure we never miss a sale because of a stockout. 📦What You'll Be DoingManaging import and export shipments end to end — documentation, scheduling, and trackingCoordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping partnersHandling customs clearance processes and liaising with local authorities when neededBuilding and maintaining demand forecasts across our product portfolioMonitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability across our warehousesFlagging supply risks early and proposing solutions before they become problemsWorking closely with operations, sales, and accounting to align supply with demandKeeping shipment records, landed costs, and inventory data accurate and up to dateWhat We're Looking For3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations in the UAESolid understanding of UAE customs processes and shipping documentationStrong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data and forecastsOrganised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressureStrong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusAdvantageous: experience in F&B or FMCG, familiarity with food import regulations (Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE), experience with ERP or inventory systems
