Job Title: Supply Chain SpecialistLocation: Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience Required: 5+ yearsRole Overview We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, contract administration, and logistics operations within a government/public sector environment. The successful candidate will contribute to tendering processes, inventory management, and data-driven operational reporting to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport procurement activities, ensuring timely and compliant sourcing of goods and servicesAssist in contract administration, including review, tracking, and compliance monitoringManage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, availability, and cost-effective stock controlCoordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution supportSupport tendering processes, including preparation, evaluation, and documentation of tender packagesConduct data analysis to support procurement, inventory, and logistics decision-makingPrepare operational reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance and KPIsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operationsSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiencyRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics rolesSolid understanding of tendering and contract administration processesExperience in inventory management and logistics coordinationStrong data analysis and reporting skillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldFluency in Arabic and English preferred
