The team is dedicated to helping clients meet their packaging goals efficiently, contributing to their continued growth and success.Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement and logistics coordination to support timely delivery of packaging machines and materials. The Supply Chain Specialist will monitor and track shipments, update internal systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply data, optimizing order quantities, liaising with vendors and internal teams, and resolving supply issues to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves preparing regular reports on lead times, and cost efficiency, while contributing to continuous process improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end processes and ensure efficient workflows.Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions that improve cost and service levels.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field are preferred.Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or trading environments, along with proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems, is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Dubai are important.Experience in Zoho Books and CRM platforms is an advantage.
