Apply & track with Apply EdgeSupply Chain SpecialistLocation: SingaporeReports to: Operations ManagerNaoki Matcha is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage supply forecasting, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking across our matcha business globally. This role forecasts China-based procurement of accessories and packaging, track inbound shipments across Japan, China, and Singapore into our 3PL network, and keep monthly reconciliations, weekly reporting (SG, US, UK), and label audits on track. The role will also assist in the monthly procurement forecast by markets and channel for Japanese matcha, monitor supply from our Japan suppliers by harvest cycles, and work with the ecommerce team to ensure stock is ready for upcoming campaigns. Job Description Planning SupportAssist with the planning of Japanese monthly procurement matcha quantities by channel/markets using historical sales data, incorporating supplier lead times and MOQs. Track available matcha volume held at each Japanese supplier against committed demand through to the next harvest, flagging shortfall or surplus.Work with Ecommerce to confirm stock cover for upcoming campaigns before launch dates are locked.Procurement and Inbound SupportRaise POs and maintain inventory records for matcha, accessories sets and packaging components sourced from China.Track inbound shipments to 3PLs in Japan, China, Singapore and the US against dispatch, in-transit, customs clearance and arrival milestones. Escalate delays and quantity or documentation discrepancies.Reporting and controlsReconcile supplier balances, payments and inventory records against internal ledgers monthly.Publish a weekly supply chain report covering inventory position, open orders and agreed KPIs for Singapore, US and UK.Maintain and keep track of Inventory held at our Singapore warehouse, ensuring incoming shipments, outbound records (including samples and giveaway), returns are accurate and up to date and reconcile any discrepancies.Maintain product label content across packaging and can formats against the approved regulatory specification. Run a monthly design and compliance audit and flag discrepancies for sign-off.Cross-functionalPartner with Warehouse, B2B, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance on reporting, tracking and documentation improvements.Handle operational issues on ecommerce platforms including logistics, reimbursement claims and compliance flags.Assist with other operational matters in the Singapore warehouse from time to time. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, forecasting, or vendor management will be a plusDetail-oriented and strong problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel. Power BI knowledge, Programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be a plusStrong English and Mandarin communication skills required (Japanese is a bonus)Ability to work independently and cross functionally with other teams and take initiative to manage various milestones and deadlinesSalary Range: $3,000 - $4,500
