Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who takes full ownership of clinic supply activities, from stock validation and requirement calculation to purchase order issuance, delivery monitoring, invoice processing and audit documentation.The RoleThe Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing assigned clinic supply chain activities end-to-end. You validate stock counts, calculate supply requirements, prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, coordinate contingency actions and maintain complete documentation for traceability and audit purposes.You will report to the Supply Chain Team Leader and work closely with clinic teams, logistics, and finance.WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will own the supply chain cycle for your assigned clinics across twelve areas of responsibility.This may include:Receive, review and validate clinic stock-count reports for completeness, accuracy and reasonableness.Investigate abnormal stock movements and follow up with clinics to resolve discrepancies.Calculate supply requirements based on stock on hand, open orders, consumption and approved coverage targets.Prepare and issue purchase orders through the approved process, verifying all item details before issuance.Support sourcing assessments, market research and supplier pre-qualification activities.Monitor deliveries against PO dates and formally follow up orders.Retain all approvals, supplier communications and supporting documents for traceability and audit readiness.Prepare weekly operational updates for the Supply Chain Team Leader covering open orders, shortages, delays and pending approvals.Ensure all procurement activities comply with Supply Chain policies, approval requirements and company controls.Who You AreYou take ownership of your scope. You validate data before acting on it and you document everything.You will be well-suited to this role if you:Work with precision and follow through on every open item until it is resolved.Communicate clearly and professionally with clinics, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Identify risks early and escalate with the right level of detail.Stay organised across multiple clinics, suppliers and open tasks simultaneously.Take compliance and documentation seriously, not as a formality but as a professional standard.Experience and Qualifications We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement or inventory management.Required:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, sourcing or supplier management.Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic or similar.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Experience in the following areas will help you succeed:Stock-count validation and inventory analysis in a multi-site environment.Purchase order preparation, issuance and open-order management.Supplier follow-up and late-delivery management.Sourcing assessment and supplier pre-qualification.Operational reporting and performance tracking.What gives you an edge:Healthcare, medical supply, dialysis or clinic-support experience.Power Query or Power BI exposure.Experience with audit-trail documentation and compliance controls.Knowledge of material transfer processes and coverage planning in a regulated environment.What Makes This Role MeaningfulDialysis is a life-sustaining treatment.
