We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, inventory management and order fulfillment.Communicate with international suppliers and coordinate shipments to ensure timely deliveries.Prepare and monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding shipments.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents and warehouse teams.Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock availability.Maintain accurate supply chain records, shipment documentation and inventory reports.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and distribution.Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.Previous experience in supply chain operations, purchasing or logistics.Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Previous experience in the UAE beauty, cosmetics, retail or distribution industry is an advantage.
