Supply Chain Specialist - Data Management

JOB PURPOSEThe Supply Chain Specialist – Data Management owns the accuracy, integrity, and usability of supply chain data — master data (materials, vendors, price lists), procurement and inventory transactions, and performance reporting. The role builds and maintains the data foundation that enables Supply Chain leadership, Finance, and Operations to make reliable, timely decisions, while driving standardization, system data quality, and analytics/dashboarding across procurement, warehousing, and logistics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and maintain master data across the supply chain function — material/item codes, vendor records, price lists, and unit-of-measure standards — ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.Design, build, and maintain supply chain dashboards and reports (procurement spend, vendor performance, inventory levels, contract expiry) for Supply Chain leadership and Group stakeholders.Consolidate and validate data from ERP, procurement, and warehouse systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies, duplicates, and data-quality issues.Support monthly/quarterly supply chain reporting cycles, including spend analysis, savings tracking, and KPI reporting to Group Supply Chain and Finance.Maintain and continuously improve data governance standards, naming conventions, and data-entry protocols across the supply chain team and sector users.Partner with IT/ERP teams on system enhancements, data migrations, and integration projects affecting procurement, inventory, and logistics data.Track and report contract expiry, vendor certification validity, and compliance documentation status, flagging renewals and risks proactively.Support category and vendor performance analysis by compiling and structuring historical spend and delivery data.Prepare ad-hoc data extracts and analysis for tenders, bids, and cost estimation in coordination with BD/Bidding and Procurement teams.Automate recurring data workflows and reports using Excel/Power Query, Power BI, or equivalent tools to reduce manual processing time.Ensure supply chain data practices comply with Group data governance, ZATCA e-invoicing/reporting requirements, and internal audit controls.Provide training and first-line support to supply chain users on data entry standards, reporting tools, and system usage.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or data analytics roles, ideally within FM, Construction, or a multi-site services organization.Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas) and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent.Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for procurement, inventory, and master data modules.Familiarity with Saudi regulatory reporting requirements (ZATCA e-invoicing, WPS/GOSI-related data touchpoints where applicable) is an advantage.Certification in data analytics, Power BI, or supply chain (e.g., CSCA, CIPS Level 3/4) is a plus.
