Department: Supply ChainReports To: Supply Chain ManagerJob SummaryThe Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distributionMonitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to ensure the timely availability of required supplies and materialsSupport procurement activities, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and follow-up on deliveriesMonitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, expiry dates, and supplier performance to minimize shortages and wastageSupervise supply chain staff and ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and organizational proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or a related fieldHealthcare or hospital experience is preferred
