With production facilities in both the United States and Europe, we deliver high-quality solutions to customers across the U.S.As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Supply Engineering team and are looking for an experienced Supply Engineering Team Lead to help scale our operations, optimize supply processes, and lead a high-performing team.This is a full-time leadership position available either remotely or on-site at our Brooklyn, New York office.The RoleThe Supply Engineering Team Lead will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer and lead a team of four Supply Engineers.Approximately 80% of the role focuses on team leadership, coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, while 20% involves hands-on supply engineering activities to support the team during peak workload, employee absences, or complex projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement operations, developing internal processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.Responsibilities2.
