Supply Manager

If you have deep contacts with manpower agencies in Bangalore and know how to keep a blue-collar supply pipeline full - this role was built for you.What you'll own: → Liaise with manpower agencies and build strong long-term relationships → Maintain a live, growing pipeline across all supply categories → Ensure buffer at all times — we never want ops to wait on people → Document SLAs, agreements, and contacts across all vendors → Anticipate demand basis our growth and get supply ready ahead of time → Be the single point of contact for all things manpowerRight fit if you: → Have existing agency contacts in Bangalore — this is non-negotiable → Have placed or managed blue-collar workforce before → Are organised, proactive, and close loops without being chased → Can negotiate with agencies and hold them accountable → 1–3 years experience. Startup or staffing agency background preferred.
