Supply Manager

AUREMIN is hiring a Bitumen Supply Manager to be based in Dubai.We are looking for an experienced bitumen professional with strong knowledge of the international market and an established network of refiners, producers, traders and major distributors.The successful candidate will lead the sourcing and commercial supply of bitumen for our growing African operations, identifying reliable global supply sources, negotiating competitive commercial terms, and ensuring access to the right grades, volumes and delivery structures.What You'll Be DoingSource bitumen from international refiners, producers, traders and distributors.Develop and maintain a strong global supplier network.Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms and supply arrangements.Monitor international bitumen pricing and market movements.Identify reliable sources for different bitumen grades and specifications.Evaluate supplier credibility, production capability and availability.Coordinate supply requirements with commercial and logistics teams.Develop supply strategies supporting African markets.Assess bulk, containerized, shipping and other relevant delivery solutions.Maintain visibility of supplier capacity, lead times and product availability.Support contract negotiations and supplier performance management.Provide market intelligence on pricing, supply constraints and sourcing opportunities.What We're Looking ForYou may come from a background in:Bitumen tradingRefinery salesPetroleum productsCommodity sourcingOil products tradingAsphalt or road construction materialsInternational commodity logisticsKey RequirementsDemonstrable experience sourcing or trading bitumen.Strong relationships with refiners, producers, traders or distributors.Good understanding of international bitumen pricing and specifications.Strong commercial negotiation skills.Understanding of international logistics and Incoterms.Ability to respond quickly to changing supply requirements.Strong supplier due diligence and commercial judgement.Experience supplying African markets is highly advantageous.An established supplier network across the Middle East, Asia, Africa or Europe is particularly relevantWho Will Succeed in This Role?This role is ideal for someone who is deeply connected to the bitumen market and knows how to quickly determine where product is available, at what price, on what commercial terms, and how it can be delivered competitively into African markets.
