Apply & track with Apply EdgeContract: 12 months (renewable)Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle EastAbout the Role: Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Supply Network Planner to join their Regional Demand & Supply team in Dubai. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for in-market supply chain teams and upstream supply network stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of the Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process and the uninterrupted supply of products across assigned markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain planning, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to support a dynamic and international business environment.About the Requirements:Own the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process for assigned markets, ensuring timely order fulfillment and invoice creation.Lead supply network planning activities, including inventory monitoring, demand coverage, allocation management, and stock-out risk mitigation.Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.Manage replenishment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service levels and supply continuity.Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters across assigned markets and customer locations.Drive performance against key metrics including OTIF, inventory health, stock-outs, customer satisfaction, and compliance requirements.Partner with Supply Planning, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.About You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or supply network operations.Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or regional environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical devices, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
