Supply Planner

Supply PlannerWe are looking for a Supply Planner to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring product availability, improving service levels, and optimizing inventory performance.This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across functions, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability and efficient replenishment.Maintain product and planning data, including key supply parameters.Develop and manage safety stock and inventory strategies.Review, release, and follow up on purchase orders.Monitor product performance, inventory levels, and service indicators.Track and report key supply chain KPIs.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and tools.What We’re Looking For:At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, or inventory management.Experience managing large product portfolios in dynamic business environments.Exposure to international supplier management is a plus.Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, and planning processes such as S&OP or IBP.Understanding of import/export processes and service level metrics.Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of production and fulfillment processes.APICS CPIM or Six Sigma certification.Financial analysis knowledge is a plus.
