Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Execution

Join the House of AMOUAGEAre you ready to drive supply chain performance and ensure seamless raw material execution across AMOUAGE’s manufacturing operations?We are looking for a Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Execution to lead short-term raw material planning, supplier coordination, and production execution, ensuring the timely availability of key materials and supporting operational excellence.Your MissionWorking closely with the Senior Production Planning Manager, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, you will lead raw material planning and execution, coordinate maceration and aged essence requirements, and act as a key link between the office and manufacturing site. You will drive operational problem-solving, mitigate supply risks, and ensure seamless material flow while upholding the House’s standards of quality, precision, and excellence.Your ImpactLead planning, operations, and execution of raw materials (concentrate, ethanol, and sandalwood chips), ensuring on-time availability to meet production requirements.Coordinate the maceration, aged essences concentrate, and aged ethanol plan, ensuring alignment with production schedules and lead times.Develop and maintain accurate raw material forecasts in close collaboration with suppliers.Lead and ensure the execution of the production plan.Serve as the primary liaison between the office and the manufacturing site, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues.Frequently visit the production floor to monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.Collaborate with procurement, quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and problem resolution.Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and adherence to delivery commitments, implementing corrective and proactive actions when necessary.Identify risks in material availability and develop mitigation plans.Maintain optimal inventory levels for these raw materials, balancing carrying costs against the risk of stockouts.Track and report key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and material availability.Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory, proposing actions to minimize waste and write-offs.Maintain accurate master data (lead times, safety stock, MOQs, lot sizes) within the ERP/planning system.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes, reduce lead times, and lower costs.Your Journey With UsThe House of AMOUAGE has been on an aggressive growth trajectory within the fast-growing ultra luxury perfumes segment, unlocking tremendous personal and career development opportunities for our team members across multiple locations including Muscat, Dubai, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.Your ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, or S&OE, ideally within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex lead timesDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and factory teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.Strong problem-solving mindset with a high sense of urgency and discipline in execution.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.A results-driven and proactive approach, with a passion for operational excellence.The AMOUAGE AdvantageJoin a House that has been creating luxury fragrance experiences since 1983.
