Apply & track with Apply EdgeSupply Planning Manager (SPM) | Reef GroupPosition Title: Supply Planning Manager (SPM)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager (SPM) to lead and manage supply planning activities across the Group’s growing operations.The role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and developing effective supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, supplier capabilities, lead times, business growth, and commercial priorities.The Supply Planning Manager will work closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Product, Sales, Retail Operations, E-commerce, and Finance to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities across multiple markets and sales channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, supplier capacity, lead times, and business requirements.Ensure product availability while maintaining healthy and optimized inventory levels.Monitor stock coverage, safety stock, reorder points, inventory turnover, and stock availability.Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving items, and supply risks, and develop appropriate action plans.Translate demand forecasts into supply, purchasing, and replenishment requirements.Manage supply planning across multiple brands, SKUs, warehouses, stores, e-commerce channels, and markets.Coordinate closely with Procurement and suppliers regarding production schedules, purchase orders, lead times, and delivery plans.Support and participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.Align supply plans with promotions, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings, and business expansion.Monitor supplier performance and identify supply constraints or potential delivery risks.Support inventory allocation and replenishment across warehouses, stores, and sales channels.Prepare and monitor supply planning KPIs, reports, and management dashboards.Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning team.Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes, systems, reporting, and planning accuracy.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or a related function.Strong practical experience in supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, supplier coordination, and S&OP.Previous experience leading or managing a supply planning team.Experience within retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion, consumer goods, or other high-volume multi-SKU environments is highly preferred.Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP or supply planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and rapidly changing business environment.Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of rapid regional and international growth.
