Support and Operations Manager (VMS) and Access Control

The VMS & Access Control Manager is responsible for managing enterprise Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Smart Space technologies, and integrated security and AV systems. The role ensures secure and efficient facility operations through the management of CCTV, access control, video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, video walls, and workplace technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Visitor Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).Oversee CCTV, access control, video intercom, and smart-building technologies.Support AV systems including video conferencing, audio systems, IPTV, digital signage, and video walls.Manage Smart Space platforms including room booking, occupancy sensors, and workplace analytics.Support and integrate platforms such as Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, and Traction Guest.Manage Dahua CCTV, Dahua access control, Dahua video intercom, and analytics platforms.Troubleshoot system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors.Ensure proper documentation, system performance, and operational compliance.QualificationsExperience in VMS, PACS, smart-building, or integrated security systems.Hands-on experience with Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, or Traction Guest.Experience with Dahua CCTV, access control, and video intercom solutions.Knowledge of AV systems, Smart Space technologies, and enterprise security platforms.Understanding of networking concepts related to security and AV systems.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
