Through a subscription-based model, DNB provides fully managed conference room and hybrid workspace technology, empowering organizations with seamless, scalable, and future-ready collaboration solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for a Support Engineer – ELV Systems with 2–4 years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining ELV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Audio Visual (AV), CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Access Control, and basic networking, and be comfortable providing both remote and on-site technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for AV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, and other ELV systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ELV solutions.Perform preventive and corrective maintenanceCoordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve technical issuesMaintain service reports and technical documentation.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLAs.Support field engineers during deployments and provide basic customer training when required.Required Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in ELV technical supportHands-on knowledge of AV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, and basic IP networking.Experience in troubleshooting and commissioning integrated ELV systems.Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related fieldWillingness to travel for customer supportPreferred Experience With enterprise ELV deployments and leading OEM products.Relevant certifications in ELV, networking, or security systems are a plus
