Support Engineer, EMEA (Saudi Nationals Only)OverviewMavenir is seeking a talented Support Engineer to join the EMEA Operations Team in Saudi Arabia. This role provides focused technical expertise to EMEA customers and operations teams on mOne products and deployments. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical interface between customers, Operations, and R&D, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with R&D teams and act as the key support interface to R&D.Support customers in replacing faulty hardware components and executing acceptance testing.Investigate issues thoroughly using logs, test tools, and coding knowledge before escalation.Resolve customer issues within contracted SLAs and provide regular status updates.Produce customer and support documentation and technical reports.Provide technical support to R&D, Delivery, and Operations teams during design, implementation, and testing phases.Coach internal teams on product capabilities and end-to-end solutions.Review and maintain technical quality documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceSolid experience with UNIX environments (Solaris or Red Hat Linux).UNIX System Administration skills.Proven coding experience.Experience installing, upgrading, and configuring hardware and software.Understanding of software engineering principles and SIP protocol.Experience with HP and Sun platforms.Knowledge of IP networking and Cisco router configuration.Mobile network experience preferred.Experience performing onsite hardware replacement activities.Skills & CompetenciesCan-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.Customer-focused approach and commercial awareness.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.Special FeaturesAble and willing to travel freely within Saudi Arabia as required.EligibilityThis role is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with local employment and Saudization requirements.
