قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجReports To: Chief Executive Officer / General ManagerDepartments Under Supervision: Administration, Procurement, Fleet & Transportation, Maintenance, Weapons, and Warehouse.Job PurposeLead and oversee the company’s Support Services functions to ensure operational efficiency, timely service delivery, cost optimization, asset protection, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor all departments under Support Services and ensure achievement of their operational objectives.Oversee procurement, supplier performance, purchasing activities, and cost optimization.Ensure fleet availability, proper vehicle utilization, maintenance, licensing, and cost control.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and vehicles.Ensure proper management, custody, inventory control, and regulatory compliance of weapons and ammunition.Oversee warehouse operations, stock availability, inventory accuracy, and asset control.Monitor administrative services and ensure effective support to departments, branches, and projects.Prepare and monitor Support Services budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.Establish departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and report key results, risks, and issues to Senior Management.Key KPIsBudget compliance and cost reduction; fleet readiness; maintenance completion; inventory accuracy; supplier performance; availability of critical supplies; regulatory compliance; service response time; and internal customer satisfaction.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.Experience managing multiple support or operational functions, budgets, suppliers, and contracts.Experience in security companies or multi-site/project environments is preferred.Key SkillsLeadership, operational planning, cost management, procurement, fleet and inventory management, negotiation, problem-solving, risk management, reporting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
