The company is expanding its presence and building strong manufacturing capabilities to serve dental professionals and healthcare providers.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Surface Treatment Specialist to execute, control, troubleshoot, and continuously improve post-machining surface treatment and cleaning processes. The role will oversee processes from initial cleaning after CNC machining through final cleaning and drying before packaging.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and control the complete post-machining surface treatment process.Perform and control ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, magnetic polishing, dry polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, rinsing, and drying processes.Prepare and control process chemicals and critical parameters including concentration, pH, temperature, time, water quality, pressure, voltage, and current.Establish and maintain approved surface-treatment routes and process parameters.Monitor surface quality, cleanliness, contamination, appearance, and process consistency.Troubleshoot surface-treatment and cleaning problems and implement process improvements.Control chemicals, cleaning solutions, polishing media, blasting media, and other consumables.Maintain process records, batch traceability, chemical/bath records, and equipment logs.Support process development, qualification/validation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.Ensure proper handling and segregation of components to prevent damage, mix-up, contamination, and cross-contamination.Train and develop future Surface Treatment Operators.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.3–5 years of relevant industrial experience in surface treatment, metal finishing, precision manufacturing, medical devices, or a related field.Experience in medical-device or highly controlled manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of metal cleaning, surface finishing, polishing, sandblasting, and anodizing.Good understanding of Titanium and Stainless Steel surface behavior and surface chemistry.Strong understanding of chemical preparation and process parameter control.Knowledge of ultrasonic cleaning, water quality, rinsing, drying, and contamination control.Ability to analyze surface defects and perform Root Cause Analysis.Understanding of process documentation, traceability, and basic process validation.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.High attention to detail.Strong documentation and process discipline.Ability to train operators.Strong safety and quality mindset.
