By offering innovative treatment options and trusted technologies, Spinecare enables surgeons and clinical teams to deliver safe, effective, and modern care.Role Description The Surgical Neurophysiologist is responsible for providing intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during neurosurgical and spine procedures to support patient safety and surgical decision-making. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff throughout surgical cases. Day-to-day activities include setting up and calibrating monitoring equipment, performing EEG and other neurophysiologic tests, documenting findings in real time, and communicating significant changes to the surgical team. The role also involves reviewing patient histories, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, maintaining accurate records, and supporting training or education on monitoring practices as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge of neurophysiology and practical experience with EEG and related neurodiagnostic techniques.Candidates should possess skills in intraoperative monitoring, including real-time interpretation of signals and communication with the surgical team.Candidates should possess familiarity with spine and neurosurgical procedures and the operating room environment.Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical settings, with attention to detail and patient safety.Relevant academic background in neurophysiology, biomedical engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred).Professional certification in neurophysiologic monitoring or EEG (such as CNIM or equivalent) is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary clinical teams.Willingness to work flexible hours based on surgical schedules and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards.Freshers are also welcomed.Those who are interested please send your CV to info@spinecare.me or what's app:+971545678618
