The position involves assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile conditions, and maintaining medical supplies. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Requirements Experience in perioperative practice and surgical procedures. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in handling and sterilizing surgical instruments. Capability to work collaboratively with medical staff. Strong communication skills for patient and staff interactions. Knowledge of safety measures including infection control. Experience in maintaining medical stock and reporting equipment issues. Qualifications Certification as a Surgical Technician or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting. Familiarity with continuous quality improvement practices. Ability to adhere to dress code and patient relations standards. Experience in assisting with patient transfers and post-operative care. Proficient in using medical equipment and following clinical procedures. Commitment to ongoing education and training.
