We focus on helping injured workers and accident patients get back on their feet. Our Wauwatosa clinic runs a single-OR surgery center, so you’ll be part of a close-knit surgical team, work consistent weekday hours, and get to know your surgeons and their preferences. We’re looking for a skilled Scrub Tech to help us deliver safe, high-quality orthopedic care as we grow.Why join us?Great pay: $43–$46 per hour, with full-time hours.Weekdays only: Monday–Friday with no weekends, plus 15 PTO days, your birthday off, and paid holidays.Strong benefits: Medical plans with low employee premiums, HSA options, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with a Roth option.Small team, big impact: Our single-OR setting makes you a key part of every case.Steady pace: A manageable caseload that gives you time to prep, organize, and do things right.Job DetailsPrepare the OR with instruments, implants, supplies, and equipment based on surgeon preference cards.Establish and maintain the sterile field, and assist surgeons throughout orthopedic procedures.Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse, and handle specimens and implants according to protocol.Manage room turnover, reprocess instruments, and coordinate with sterile processing.Stock and replenish supplies, update preference cards, and support inventory between cases.RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with current BLS.CST certification preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.Interested in hearing more?
