Surgical Technologist No Call, No Weekends, No HolidaysLower to Mid Manhattan, NYCA growing outpatient surgery center is adding an experienced Surgical Technologist to its team due to a nearly 74% increase in monthly surgical volume.The center specializes in ENT and ophthalmology outpatient surgical cases and is looking for a Surgical Technologist who wants to be part of a growing team while enjoying a schedule that provides a strong work-life balance.Schedule:Monday through FridayFlexible scheduling: 5 eight-hour shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts, or part-time hours for the right candidateNo callNo weekendsNo holidaysSurgical schedule is known approximately two weeks in advanceStaggered start times, typically 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM or after 8:00 AMEmployees leave by 5:00 PM at the latestGuaranteed 40 hours available for candidates who want themLeadership understands that employees have lives outside of work. They are willing to work with team members who have appointments, need to pick up their children or have other personal commitments.Experience:ENT or ophthalmology experience is strongly preferred.Candidates with general surgery experience are also encouraged to apply, particularly those who are comfortable in an outpatient surgical environment and interested in expanding their ENT and ophthalmology experience.Culture:The culture is one of the biggest reasons people enjoy working here.The leadership team is empathetic, approachable, and genuinely cares about its employees.
