Job Title – Survey Analyst- Arabic speakerType – OutsourcedContract Duration- 12 months contractWork Location – DubaiMandatory – Min 4–7 years of hands-on experience in survey design, questionnaire development, survey data analysis, and reporting using survey platforms/tools.Responsibilities:Develop and structure survey questionnaires using industry best practices and survey methodologies.Design, configure, and manage surveys using the organization's survey platforms and systems.Clean, validate, and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Prepare dashboards, reports, executive summaries, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and satisfaction metrics to measure survey outcomes effectively.Review survey questions to identify and eliminate biased, leading, or weak questions that may impact data quality.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective survey designs.Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making.
