Survey Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Survey Works to join a leading Contracting & Infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia.The role will be responsible for leading and managing survey operations across large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects, ensuring the availability of qualified survey teams, survey equipment, accurate project data, and technical support throughout project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee survey activities across multiple infrastructure and road projects.Manage survey teams, resources, and equipment, including GPS, Total Stations, Auto Levels, and other surveying instruments.Coordinate survey data collection for new tenders and awarded projects.Provide technical support to project survey teams and conduct site visits as required.Coordinate survey handovers, particularly for MOT/road projects.Ensure calibration, maintenance, deployment, and proper utilization of survey equipment.Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Technical Offices, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Support the resolution of survey-related technical issues for design and shop drawings.Ensure effective management and development of survey teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Engineering or a closely related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.Must have solid experience within contracting companies.Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure and road construction projects is essential.Strong technical background in surveying operations and field execution.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Knowledge of ArcGIS and modern surveying technologies.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing survey teams across multiple projects is highly desirable.#Hiring #SurveyManager #SurveyEngineering #Infrastructure #Roads #RoadConstruction #Contracting #CivilEngineering #ConstructionJobs #SaudiArabia
