Sustainability Lead/ESG Consultant

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead / ESG Consultant to lead sustainability, ESG, environmental performance, and compliance initiatives across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sustainability and ESG strategies, targets, and initiatives.Monitor environmental performance, carbon emissions, energy, and resource efficiency.Advise project teams on green building and sustainability requirements.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with ESG standards, regulations, and project requirements.Support BCA Green Mark, LEED, and other sustainability certifications.Identify opportunities for carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management.Prepare ESG reports, sustainability assessments, and performance updates.Requirements & QualificationsDegree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Relevant experience in Sustainability, ESG, Green Building, or environmental consulting.Strong knowledge of ESG, carbon management, and sustainability standards.Familiarity with Green Mark, LEED, ISO 14001, or equivalent.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in construction, property, engineering, or large-scale projects preferred.Relevant professional certification is an advantage.Fluent English required.
