SVP of Data and AI Transformation- private equity- $300,000-$400,000 base + bonus and equity!

Are you interested in leading enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation at one of the world's leading private equity firms?You will report directly to the CIO and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and data across the firm. You will lead initiatives that transform how the organization operates, makes investment decisions, and drives value across its global business.You will build and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, AI enablement, and AI platforms while partnering with senior leaders across the organization to identify and prioritize the highest-value AI and data opportunities.You will also own the firm's enterprise data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and the modern data foundation required to scale AI securely and responsibly. This will include developing the firm's AI operating model and enabling employees across the organization to leverage AI in meaningful ways.You will work closely with Engineering, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Risk while managing strategic relationships with AI and data technology vendors.
