🚀 About EBE (Egyptian Bureau For Engineering)For over 45 years, EBE has been a pioneer in Egypt's financial technology landscape. We are the trusted digital payments partner for 95% of the banks in Egypt, delivering secure, innovative solutions from card issuance and acquiring to ATM support and comprehensive software payment platforms. We are a team of 600+ professionals dedicated to building the future of cashless payments.The RoleWe are looking for a meticulous and communicative Business Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between our banking/financial clients and our internal technical teams. Your main mission is to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable requirements that our developers can build and our QC team can test, ensuring we deliver high-quality, high-impact fintech solutions.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Requirements Elicitation: Lead workshops and interviews with clients to capture, analyze, and define their business and functional requirements.Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive, and unambiguous documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Development and QC teams, clarifying requirements and resolving any ambiguities.Estimation Support: Collaborate with technical leads to analyze the scope and effort required for new features and tasks.Validation & Acceptance: Perform acceptance testing on deliverables before they are released to the client, ensuring the solution perfectly matches the original requirements.What You Bring (Qualifications)Must-Haves:2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B software, banking, or tech environment.Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Proven ability to create clear technical documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, process flows).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A logical and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in the Fintech, banking, or payments industry is a major plus.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Information Systems.Familiarity with Agile project management tools like ClickUp.CBAP or other business analysis certification.What We OfferA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (Social & Medical Insurance).A hybrid work model that values flexibility and work-life balance.A professional development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences.The opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the financial infrastructure of Egypt.
