Swim Instructor - Babies & Toddlers Focus (Full-Time)Location: Dubai Sports City, UAECompany: FitRepublikEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleFitRepublik is looking for a passionate and qualified Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics team on a full-time basis.We are seeking someone who loves working with young children and has the experience to deliver engaging, safe, and enjoyable swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, children and adults. If you're enthusiastic about helping swimmers of all ages build confidence in the water, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality swimming lessons forBabies and toddlers (10 months-3 years)Learn to Swim classes for children (3-8 years) and Adult Learn to Swim programsDevelop water confidence, water safety, and swimming skills through fun and structured lessons.Create a welcoming, positive, and safe learning environment for swimmers and their families.Adapt teaching methods to suit different ages, abilities, and learning styles.Prepare teaching equipment and ensure pool areas are safe and organised before each lesson.Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.Follow all health, safety, safeguarding, and incident reporting procedures.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.About YouWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about teaching babies, toddlers, and young children.Experienced in building trust and positive relationships with parents and families.Confident teaching children as well as adult beginner swimmers.Patient, energetic, friendly, and professional.A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.Reliable, proactive, and available to work weekends.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceSEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers (or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification).Experience teaching:Babies (10 months-3 years)Learn to Swim classes for children aged 3-8 yearsAdult Learn to Swim classesValid First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in a commercial swim school or aquatic centre is highly desirable.Why Join FitRepublik?Work at one of Dubai's leading sports and fitness facilities.Join a supportive and passionate Aquatics team.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Make a genuine impact by helping swimmers of all ages develop confidence and lifelong water safety skills.Interested?
