Swimming Coach (Male) - Arabic & French Speaker | Salary 7-9 K

Job PurposeResponsible for delivering structured swimming and aquatic fitness training within a military training environment, focusing on swimming technique, endurance, water confidence, safety, and overall physical performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver swimming training programmes for different ability levels.Develop swimming technique, speed, endurance, and water confidence.Conduct swimming assessments and monitor individual performance.Prepare personnel for swimming tests, fitness assessments, and competitions.Incorporate aquatic conditioning into overall physical training programmes.Maintain high standards of pool safety and emergency procedures.Maintain accurate training and performance records.Ensure compliance with military discipline, safety, and operational procedures.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.Recognized Swimming Coach/Instructor certification.Valid Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR certification.Minimum 5 years of professional swimming coaching experience.Experience coaching adults in a structured or high-performance environment.Military, Armed Forces, Police, Defence Academy, or government security experience is highly preferred.Experience in water survival, combat swimming, or military physical training is an advantage.Key CompetenciesStrong swimming and coaching expertise.Excellent communication and leadership skills.High level of personal fitness and discipline.Strong safety awareness.Ability to work effectively in a military and highly structured environment.
