At Studio 360, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where bold ideas, collaboration, and innovative tools converge to shape the skylines of tomorrow.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and plan swimming pools and water features in collaboration with project teams, ensuring innovative solutions that meet project specifications and requirements.Manage and supervise construction activities, coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.Apply strong technical expertise in swimming pool and water feature design, hydraulics, filtration systems, water treatment, and related engineering principles.Perform engineering calculations related to structural loads, water flow, hydraulic systems, and overall system efficiency.Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and design documentation using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit, along with relevant hydraulic analysis tools.Ensure all designs and installations comply with applicable local and international codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, cost monitoring, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure the durability, functionality, safety, and long-term performance of swimming pools and water feature installations.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.Maintain strong project management and organizational practices to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in swimming pool, water feature, hydraulic, or related engineering projects.Industry Experience: Experience in Landscape Design projects across residential, hospitality/hotels, restaurants, retail, public spaces, mixed-use, and commercial developments.Strong knowledge of water filtration systems, water circulation, pumps, and chemical water treatment processes.Good understanding of structural engineering principles and material properties relevant to swimming pools and water features.Strong project management, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate effectively with architects, landscape designers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Computer & Software Proficiency:AutoCADRevit3D Design SoftwareHydraulic Analysis Tools
