Swimming Pool Consultant

I have started a Swimming Pool design and build business and have got a few orders for which I need help in executing.Role Description The Swimming Pool Consultant is initially a 3 month contract, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which can progress to a full-time role depending on performance. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, advising on pool designs, finishes, equipment, and features, and preparing proposals and quotations that align with project requirements and budgets. The consultant will coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that pool projects are planned accurately and executed to agreed specifications and timelines. Daily activities include site visits, feasibility assessments, providing technical and aesthetic recommendations, and explaining maintenance, safety, and regulatory considerations to clients. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, following local compliance standards, and supporting sales and after-sales service through professional communication and relationship management.QualificationsExperience in swimming pool design, consulting, or a closely related field, with strong knowledge of pool structures, finishes, and equipment.Understanding of construction processes, site assessment, and basic engineering or architectural principles relevant to pool projects.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare detailed proposals, and support clients in making informed design and budget decisions.Familiarity with safety standards, local building regulations in the UAE, and best practices for pool operation and maintenance.Verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam or HindiBachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, design, or a related discipline preferred; relevant industry certifications are beneficial.Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits in Dubai, and manage project with great attention to detail.
