Team members are encouraged to share this passion for nature and customer care, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Swimming Pool Maintenance role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves performing routine cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming surfaces, vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles, and maintaining surrounding areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. The team member will test and balance water chemistry, check filtration and circulation systems, and report or repair minor equipment issues in line with company procedures. Daily tasks include following service schedules, documenting work, communicating clearly with clients and colleagues, and complying with safety and hygiene standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service in residential and/or commercial settings.Qualifications Experience in swimming pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, and routine care of pool surfaces and surroundings.Knowledge of water chemistry, including testing, balancing chemicals, and understanding filtration and circulation systems.Basic mechanical skills for inspecting equipment, identifying issues, and performing minor repairs or adjustments.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow structured service schedules and procedures.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with clients and team members.Commitment to safety practices, including proper handling of chemicals and adherence to local health and safety regulations.Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Previous experience in facilities, landscaping, or maintenance roles in Dubai or the wider UAE is an advantage.Basic English language skills required; additional languages common in the UAE are beneficial.Valid residency status and eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
