Swimming Pool Technician

About the Company and RoleASPIRE Manpower Services looking for experienced and technically skilled Swimming Pool Technicians to join our client's team in the Dubai. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in swimming pool maintenance, water treatment systems, filtration systems, pumps, and related equipment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance of swimming pools and related equipment.Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool pumps, filters, motors, heaters, and circulation systems.Monitor and maintain proper water quality, including chlorine, pH, and chemical levels.Carry out cleaning, vacuuming, and general pool maintenance activities.Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to pool systems.Conduct regular inspections to ensure swimming pools and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment conditions.Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.Coordinate with the Supervisor and other maintenance teams when required.QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Swimming Pool Technician.Required SkillsHands-on experience with swimming pool equipment, pumps, filtration systems, and water treatment.Knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and water testing procedures.Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.Good communication and teamwork skills.GCC experience is an advantage.Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.Pay range and compensation packageSalary: Based on experience and interview performance.Other benefits: As per labour law and company policy.Equal Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
