The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud environments, and providing end-user technical support.Candidates should have hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, cloud platforms, backup & recovery, and IT infrastructure support.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.Assist in implementing IT security measures.Manage backup and recovery activities.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services.Maintain IT documentation and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.Required SkillsWindows AdministrationHardware TroubleshootingNetworking (LAN/WAN)Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/O365)Active DirectoryMicrosoft ProductsBackup & RecoveryIT Infrastructure SupportNetwork Security BasicsTechnical TroubleshootingEligibilityB.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (Mandatory)3–5 years of relevant System Administration experience.Candidates currently residing in Vadodara or nearby cities preferred.Immediate joiners highly preferred.Strong analytical and communication skills.
